About Us
Calvary Church, located near Forsyth, Missouri is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church where people join together to lift up the Lord Jesus Christ, and minister to one another through worship and the teaching and preaching of God’s Word.
Although not a large church, we have a large vision for outreach. No matter your age or background in life, you will find here a welcoming, friendly group of people committed to following Jesus. We desire to exhibit God’s love and mercy to all the world.
Pastor
Pastor Clint Block, along with his wife, Debbie, founded Calvary Church in 1992. They have been married since 1983 and have one married son and daughter-in-law (Matt & Rebecca ), another son attending college in Springfield (Michael), and two sons living at home (Mark & Noah).
Before entering the ministry, Clint was a professional musician performing in Branson. He accepted the call to preach in 1980 and has served as pastor of Frenchport Community Church, Camden, AR, and assistant pastor at New Life Temple Hollister, MO before founding Calvary Church at Forsyth.
